I first met the folks from MSP ARRC Technologies when we honored them as a Channel Innovator last year. Since then, I can't get off a plane or attend an event without running into them. (That's a good thing, they are great people!)

First, they took their MSP success to the next level by launching their unique Hardware as a Service (HaaS) offering, CharTec, last year. Now, that story is getting even better, and the MSP is providing an excellent example of where a business owner with drive and creativity can take a managed services business.

Last week CharTec was named the first recipient of funding from ConnectWise Capital, the PSA vendor's new investment project, and this week, CharTec was named as a new HaaS partner with Level Platforms.
